BeersOnWheels Budapest Review

On my recent trip to Budapest with some friends, I had the opportunity to work with BeersOnWheels Budapest, a beer bike company in Budapest. I had never even been on a beer bike, so I was definitely excited to review Beers On Wheels Budapest!

If you’re unsure what a beer bike is, it’s basically a multi passenger vehicle driven by pedal power that has the added bonus of beer pumps being hooked up to a beer keg. This now means that you can get fit whilst drinking beer, the dream!

My friends and I arrived at Heroes Square (the meeting point) just as the bike was being unloaded from it’s truck. The YouTube video shows you the rest:

All in all, you are guided around the beautiful capital of Hungary whilst having a few beers with your friends, it really is as good as it sounds.

  1. I love the idea of beers on wheels!

In fact, I’m thinking that it’s gonna be a great idea to apply around here in Indonesia. As far as I know, there’s no such thing like that yet, but then again, beer or anything else with alcohol here is not as cheap as in Budapest unfortunately. 😦

    Thanks for sharing. πŸ™‚

  2. I spotted a Beer on Wheels in Prague and I have always wondered how the experience must be. If I go to Budapest, I will give it a try. Thanks for the link to their website. Makes it convenient for people to look it up.

  3. I am not much of a beer drinker. But if ever I get to Budapest, I will not miss this one. I know that they have some of the best beers in the world!

  4. Sounds like such a fun jaunt out there. I wish I had seen something like this a long time ago. Unfortunately I have a condition which precludes beer at this point. :/
