Crucemundo in English is “crossing the world”, and how fitting given Europe’s latest cruise line now operate routes covering the Adriatic, the Danube, the Rhine, the Volga, beautiful Lake Baikal and even the great Nile river. I have been lucky enough to experience both the Rhine (during Christmas) and the Adriatic (Summer) with Crucemundo, so that I can share this Crucemundo review with you. When I was told that the best views in Lake Como were to be found at Il Perlo Panorama, I knew I had to stay there and review it.
Ball rolling is a simple idea. A person or persons get inside a huge ball, like being inside spherical bubble wrap, the ball is half-filled with some water, and then rolled down a hill. Sounds fun to me. Sometimes referred to as zorbing, the best place to zorb in Rotorua is OGO. I reviewed OGO to get you all the information you need.
Slovakia has quite the reputation for it’s castles, or “hrad” as they are known locally. It is home to over 100 of them, and the avid travellers among you may even have visited a few. In this post we take a look at the best castles, so that you know what to do in Slovakia.
This is my review of the luxurious Vilamendhoo island and resort in the Maldives, where I was fortunate enough to stay in and review one of their over water jacuzzi villas. In what would turn out to be one of my favourite reviews, Vilamendhoo Resort and Spa gets my honest feedback. Continue reading “An Honest Vilamendhoo Review (Maldives)”
I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to review the Adaaran Select Meedhupparu, in the Maldives. If you haven’t yet read it or seen the video, my journey here was rocky to say the least, see here. Alternatively, read on for my complete review of Meedhupparu and the Adaaran Select resort.
Wondering what to do in Budapest? Whether or not to go? I went to Budapest this Summer and it is a fantastic city, that everybody should visit at least once. I have filtered down the things to do, so that you can maximise your time here!
Sometimes travel tests your patience. The ones that keep up with the More Passport Stamps Twitter account will know that I am currently in the Maldives (alright for some). However, often you have to go through hell to get to heaven. My original plan was to get a lift to Birmingham Airport, fly with Emirates to Maldives (via Dubai) then get a seaplane to Meedhupparu, my first Maldivian destination.
I wanted to stay in a 5 * hotel in Budapest, and there are a few options. After much deliberation and research I opted for the Corinthia. It was to be one of my favourite business trips to date, and this post is my complete and honest review of the Corinthia Hotel in Budapest.
I chose the Corinthia for many reasons, including location, spa facilities, lounge facilities and personal recommendations. I had heard from other respected travellers very positive reviews about Corinthia hotels in general, and I wanted to see for myself.
If you are wondering which hotel is the best place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, or what area is the best to stay in, then look no further. I have compiled the ultimate list of where to stay in Kuala Lumpur!
When travelling to Spain, most people don’t opt for Benidorm. Most will choose somewhere like Barcelona or Madrid. Benidorm has a reputation for being a mini-Britain, and some even see it as the homeland of smut and cheap alcohol. It had never been on my list, but it was my friends’ birthday and we go where the birthday boy says. My job was to find out if there is more to Benidorm than being a warmer version of Skegness.
I’ve not long got back from a short break in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote, and thought it would be handy to make a quick guide of the do’s and don’t’s, complete with some mini reviews, so you know what to do in Lanzarote.
To some this place is merely a warmer Benidorm, to others it is a volcanic wonderland.
